Walk into the streets of Dijon city center to discover the local delicacies as the famous Mustard of Dijon, the ginger bread and of course cheese.
Visit to Les Halles market in Dijon
Enter in “Les Halles” and discover one of the most ancient covered market in France designed in the 19th century at the period of Gustave Eiffel. Extremely picturesque and lively, the market is the meeting for every local chef in Dijon. Only available on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday


Lunch in a gastronomic restaurant
Enjoy a meal at a renowned restaurant, where traditional Burgundy recipes meet the creativity of chefs (see lunch option). You’ll discover dishes such as beef bourguignon, escargot, or coq au vin, perfectly paired with local wines.
Afternoon dedicated to the Côte de Nuits
After lunch, head to the Côte de Nuits to visit the most famous part of the region of Burgundy for red wines. Home of 24 Grands Crus, Côte de Nuits reveals the outstanding complexity of its terroir magnified by a delicate production of Pinot Noir.
Get a private tasting to a local winemaker
End the day with an exclusive meeting with a local winemaker, where you can taste a selection of their finest wines, including Premiers Crus.

Enjoy a meal at a restaurant located in the heart of a charming wine village, renowned for its quality cuisine and carefully curated wine list.

Tasting lunch at a renowned estate
Take part in a tasting lunch at an iconic estate in the Côte de Nuits. Enjoy a wine tasting lunch in a famous estate of the Cote de Nuits pairing local recipes prepared by a renowned chef and their own production.
