Terms and Conditions of Sale

Prices

Prices are stated in net and in euros. They include taxes and are subject to change without notice. They include transportation, toll and parking fees, insurance, guide service, and tastings or visits scheduled in the reserved itinerary. Additional expenses such as monument entries, meals, additional or specific tastings, and additional fees are only included when mentioned. Any change of itinerary or request for modification of the contract requires our prior agreement and may incur additional charges at the rate of kilometers per additional person(s).

 

Booking conditions

For individual sales: The tour is confirmed upon receipt of the booking confirmation from the client and the required payment made (deposit, partial or full payment).

For corporate sales: The entire order must be paid no later than two weeks before the service. If the order is confirmed less than 15 days before the service, we require full payment. We accept credit card payments for any payment amount below €1000. Payments exceeding €1000 must be made by bank transfer. Whether paid by credit card or bank transfer, all payments must include any additional fees due to bank charges, which remain the responsibility of the client.

 

Cancellation policy

More than 5 days before the tour departure: 100% refund From 5 days to 2 days before the tour departure: 50% cancellation fee Less than 48 hours before the tour departure: 100% cancellation fee Any cancellation must be made via email to the address contact@grapeadventure.fr. In the event of cancellation of service by Grape Adventure Company due to force majeure, the client is entitled to a replacement tour of the same value at a later date or a full refund of the amounts paid in advance. In case of cancellation by our company, a total and immediate refund will be made without any further compensation.

 

Payment terms

For individual sales: Payment is made on the day of the service, unless otherwise stated, based on invoice. We accept payments by bank cards (Carte Bleue, Visa, MasterCard, or Amex) or cash (in euros only).

For corporate sales: Payment must be made upon receipt of the invoice and no later than 15 days before the service, unless a payment deadline is agreed upon by our company. Grape Adventure reserves the right to request a deposit or full advance payment as defined on the invoice, particularly for activities where the supplier requires advance payment, whether total or partial (such as bus rental, restaurant meals, or venue for groups of 7 or more people, etc.).

 

Services and obligations

The services are provided using the vehicle owned by Grape Adventure or a vehicle owned by a subcontractor if applicable.

Smoking, eating, and drinking alcohol in the vehicles are strictly prohibited. Wearing seat belts is mandatory according to current regulations. The responsibility of our drivers is engaged during the provision of services. They must expressly ensure compliance with the highway code and specific provisions for the transportation of passengers (speed limits, seat belts, baby or child seats, etc.). Our company reserves the right to suspend the provision of services or deny access to the vehicle in case of the client’s failure to comply with safety rules or any behavior not in line with the driver and/or other passengers.

Our company may subcontract the execution of a transport service but retains full responsibility for the smooth running and obligations arising from the contract.

 

Contact number

Grape Adventure provides a contact number to all its clients. This number should be used to report any unforeseen events that may affect the program’s progress: delays, increases, or decreases in the number of people. Failure to inform this emergency number may result in additional charges being incurred. Call number: +33 7 63 88 67 10. Personal data

Data is collected and processed for the purpose of managing your stay (including booking operations, follow-up, payment, satisfaction evaluation, information). For use for commercial prospecting purposes, we request your consent in accordance with GDPR rules. In accordance with the provisions of the “Data Protection” law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access your data, the right to modify it, and the right to object, which you can exercise by sending us an email to contact@grapeadventure.fr or a letter indicating your name, first name, and postal address to Grape Adventure, 38 rue Magenta, 21000 Dijon.

 

Disputes

These terms and conditions apply to the transport contract concluded by Grape Adventure and its ordering party, the beneficiary of the transport, or the intermediary responsible for organizing the transport for the beneficiary. Any claim must be made within 30 days after the service by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. Beyond this period, the request cannot be processed. In case of dispute, only the court of Dijon will have jurisdiction.

 

Insurance

Our liability is defined by the terms of our professional insurance and French legislation on the transportation of passengers. This mandatory insurance covers individuals and luggage transported under certain conditions. More information is available upon request from our company.
